If you are already registered as a Community Partner, you can book your appointment here:

Becoming a Community Partner:

To become a Community Partner with Loaves & Fishes — and to renew your partnership annually — organizations must complete an application and meet eligibility requirements.

Eligibility Requirements:

To receive food support, an organization must be one of the following:

  1. A registered charity with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), or

  2. A municipal or public body performing a function of government in Canada
(for example: schools or Indigenous communities).

Assessment & Capacity Review:

For all new applications and annual re‑applications, the Loaves & Fishes management team assesses operational capacity, including:

  • Trucking schedules

  • Delivery or pickup availability

  • Current food volumes

This ensures we can sustainably support each Community Partner.
