Whether you’re planning a large-scale fundraiser to collect monetary donations or a simple food drive at your workplace or school, we deeply appreciate your efforts. Thank you for your interest in supporting Loaves & Fishes Food Bank. While all efforts to promote the cause of Loaves & Fishes are appreciated, events that raise cash are particularly helpful. The purpose of this form is to gather information about events to benefit Loaves & Fishes and ensure they meet our organizational objectives and adhere to our ethical and legal obligations. Depending on the nature of your event, there may be other forms required. Once completed, please email this form to abby.sauchuk@viloavesandfishes.org or drop off a hard copy at 210 Fry Street Nanaimo, BC.
