New Volunteer Role
Volunteer Driver
Do you enjoy driving and want to give back in a meaningful way? We’ve just launched a new volunteer role at Loaves and Fishes Community Food Bank that enables people like you to drive our truck to Port Hardy to ensure food reaches our North Island communities. The only requirement to begin this process is to have a valid class 5 driver's license with no restrictions. Our trucks are easy to drive - there's no air brakes, no manual shifting, no need for a different driver's license. We provide all the training required but experience driving a 5ton truck is recommended. If you can be available to drive about once a month (Tuesdays) – please complete this application form below.
Let’s work together.
